Super professional outfit. Dealt with Adrian in their Cardiff office. The packers and removers they recommended did a very good job. Overseas shipment of a large TV, computer equipment, sofa and crockery with no damage. Very economical quote too for a door to door service and assembly at the destination. Adrian was very cooperative, did an initial video call to access quantum of load, then came back very quickly with a 30 day quote which was very reasonable given a door to door service. Highly recommend.

I have moved many times and all over the country. I have used many different removal companies and I employed Intercity Removals because of the good reviews online. I highly trusted and believed in the capabilities of the staff.

On the day of the move I discovered that the two removal men who turned up could not speak English. This made matters very difficult, as nobody was able to explain anything in detail. I even had to ring the office to have someone interpret for me.

Once my belongings were delivered, I discovered that not only was everything dumped in a chaotic way, so that it was impossible to move within the flat, bt items were broken. They took no account of my visual impairment and of the consequences their actions had. Kitchen boxes and Clothes were all mixed up and
dumped in an haphazard way.

One of my lamps is broken and I had to purchase parts that they did not bother token she to refit afterwards.

I really hope nobody else will have such a bad experience, but I recommend to check the capabilities of the removal men before accepting the quote and hiring people from this company.

Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! The team worked hard, were professional and considerate with our things. When we found out our exchange might have been delayed they were flexible and happy to work around our new timescales.

They unpacked the other end lightning fast and made our lives so easy by asking where everything should live. They also put our beds back together in record time which was very much appreciated.

It was the best money we spent during our entire move and we can’t thank InterCity enough!

What can i say but wow, this removal company was fantastic, the guys showed up on time, were so experienced and knowledge about the whole experience ( it was our first time using a removal company) but they made the process so much easier for us, we did have a delay in collecting our keys but they were so patient and understanding, I can't rate this company enough, I urge you to use them as you will be dealing with an outstanding company, who go out of their way to help you anyway they can, Anna in the office was amazing aswell, so helpful, the quote they gave was very reasonable, we had 4 vans and 6 men, they loaded up a 3 bed house with garden furniture in 3 hours amazing. And no damages to any of our possessions.If i could give them 10 stars I would.

There was a slight delay with arrival time on a frosty morning which wasn't an issue for me. Two very helpful guys, super organised, were happy to do a slight detour to enable me to drop off the keys to the landlord. Loaded in 1 hour - faster than expected. Helpful, excellent service which made a huge difference for me
in what has been a stressful relocation. Professional lead up to the move itself, checking all details. Really appreciative of the quality of their service.
